You find the one.
A piece in the collection stops you. Tap “Request a private viewing” and it is noted for you, with no forms to repeat.

Within a day, she calls or messages personally. She asks who it’s for, the occasion, and how it will be worn.

In the studio or on video, she shows you the piece, the diamonds under the loupe and their IGI certification.

Change the gold (14K or 18K; yellow, white or rose), the size, the stone or a detail. Or keep it exactly as it is. She sketches any change so you see it before it’s made.

Before you decide: the price, the time it takes, and whether a change is worth it. If it isn’t, she says so.
